3. How do I choose the right size?

You can refer to our detailed Size Guide available on every product page. All measurements are mentioned in inches for better accuracy.

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes around 5–10 business days depending on your location in India.

During high-order periods or sales, delivery timelines may slightly vary.
5. Do you charge shipping fees?

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1599.

For orders below ₹1599, a standard shipping fee of ₹79 is applied at checkout.
6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected orders across India.

A small COD handling fee of ₹49 is charged on COD orders.
7. Is it safe to place prepaid orders on Rimayra?

Prepaid orders are also prioritized for faster processing.
8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, our standard return and exchange policy will apply.
9. Do you offer exchanges?

We offer size exchanges for eligible products within 72 hours of delivery.

Products must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags intact

Exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
10. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To process your request, customers must share:

  • Clear product images
  • Complete unboxing video

Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
11. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • A damaged product is received
  • A wrong item is delivered

Approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
12. Will sold out products be restocked?

Most Rimayra pieces are launched in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

However, if a product receives high demand and repeated customer requests, we may consider restocking it.
