Return & Exchange Policy

1. Our Core Policy 
We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Rimayra outfits. If you wish to request an exchange or return (such as a sizing issue or receiving a defective piece), requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Refunds: All eligible returns are refunded exclusively as Store Credit.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags strictly intact. Garments that show signs of wear, perfume, makeup stains, or alterations may not be eligible for return or exchange approval. and will be sent back at the customer's expense.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims.

  • Most Rimayra pieces are launched in limited quantities and exchanges are subject to product availability.

2. Logistics & Reverse Pickup Charges

  • Pickup Charges: Please note that reverse pickup charges are borne by the customer.

  • The Process: We will arrange the reverse pickup from your address. Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes QC, the reverse pickup fee will simply be deducted from your final Store Credit amount.

  • Self-Ship: If your pincode is unserviceable for our reverse pickup partners, you may be asked to self-ship the item back to our New Delhi warehouse using a reliable courier.

3. Store Credit Details

  • Issuance: Store credit is issued within 24-48 hours after the returned parcel is received and passes QC at our warehouse.

  • Delivery & Validity: The credit note will be sent via email/SMS as a digital gift card and is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

  • Value: The credit will reflect the sale value of the items returned, minus the original shipping fees, COD fees, and the reverse pickup charge.

  • Shipping charges and COD handling fees are non-refundable.

4. The Exchange Process

  • Initiation: Exchange dispatch is initiated only after the original item has been picked up and verified.

  • Inventory: If your requested exchange size or style is out of stock, our team will issue you store credit instead.

  • Eligibility: Each order is eligible for a return or exchange only once. Orders placed using store credit may not be eligible for further returns or exchanges.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Window: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery to support@rimayra.com.

  • Evidence: Please share clear images of the defect and the original packaging. Once verified by our team, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on product availability..

  • Note: Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings, and are not considered defects.

6. Order Cancellations Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is shipped, the standard return/exchange policy applies.
