1. Order Processing & Dispatch Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it. Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Please note that once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster processing and dispatch.

2. Shipping Destinations & Timelines

  • Domestic (India): We ship across India. Estimated delivery is within 5-8 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • International: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners. While we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1599! For orders below this amount, a standard shipping charge of ₹99 will apply. Customers can also enjoy an additional 5% OFF on prepaid orders using code RIMAYRA5.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for your convenience. A COD handling fee of ₹50 is applicable on Cash on Delivery orders.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that original shipping charges and COD fees are service-related costs and are non-refundable.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email and SMS/WhatsApp with a tracking link. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time from dispatch to delivery.

5. Quick Note on Returns & Exchanges (Shipping) We gladly accept returns or exchanges for eligible return or exchange requests, provided the request is placed within 3 days of receiving your order. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely arrivals, unforeseen events such as severe weather, regional logistics issues, or network disruptions may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you updated on your order's status.

7. Failed Deliveries & Address Integrity Please double-check your shipping address and contact number at checkout. Rimayra is not responsible for misdeliveries, delays, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address data provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, no access, or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be required to cover reshipping fees.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately at support@rimayra.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8796269957 with your order number and photos of the package. We will coordinate directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. An unboxing video may be required for damaged or incorrect product claims.
